• Bulk Orders: Discounts for bulk orders apply as per the terms outlined during checkout or agreed upon with our sales team.

• Placing an Order: Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is received in full.
• Order Modifications: Changes to orders can only be made before production begins. Contact us immediately if modifications are needed.
• Cancellations: Orders canceled before production are eligible for a refund. Once production starts, no cancellations are allowed.

• All prices are listed in د.إ (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment must be made in full via the payment methods provided at checkout.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices due to errors, promotions, or market conditions.

• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery is within 6 to 10 days, while urgent deliveries can be arranged based on availability. Get in touch for information on the subject.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Refunds will be processed within 15 working days and credited to the original payment method.

• Customers retain the rights to their logos or branding provided for customization. We will not use these without permission.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

• Ensure that all customization details provided are accurate and do not infringe on third-party rights.
• Review proofs carefully before approving them for production.
